Invite younger people to meetings rather than just managers & directors running the show.
Management is antiquated and old . Takes way too long to get promoted compared to other smaller companies . Compensation is not good .
It has had ups and downs, current leadership has put employees as an after thought , to many folks I work with are considering leaving which is a mistake that can be directly attributed to the ceo and hr leadership.
