There is a continued quest for improvement and a recognition that when we help everyone be their best, then everyone does their best work.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
That's hard to say, because there's so much being done right. Where things aren't at their best, work is already being done to improve and progress is being made. I guess I have nothing new to add that's not already being done.
