Executive Bio

Mr. Stephen R. Reynolds, also known as Steve, Esq., has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Aramark (a/k/a ARAMARK Holdings Corporation) and ARAMARK Corporation since joining on September 4, 2012. Mr. Reynolds serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of ARAMARK Canada Ltd. Mr. Reynolds has more than 20 years experience in private and corporate legal practice. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Alcatel-Lucent from January 2006 to August 2012 and served as its Legal Director. He served as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Litigation Counsel of Lucent Technologies. Prior to Lucent, he served as Vice President and Chief Litigation Counsel of Aventis (now Sanofi-Aventis). He spent 18 years practicing commercial and corporate law with two law firms in the New York/New Jersey area - Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger and Vecchione and Haight, Gardner, Poor & Havens. He is a Member of the New York and New Jersey bars. Mr. Reynolds holds an Undergraduate degree from Princeton University and Law Degree from Fordham University.
