Meetings are too "political" and there are too many questions about the "screw-ups" rather than moving forward and being productive.

they have safety managers writing false incident reports as well as maintenance falsifying equipment records and people are getting hurt
Leadership needs to change. Culture changes start at the top.

They take on anyone happy with minimum wage

The decision maker on promotions should know the people better if a manager likes someone they get promoted

Too much focus on "screw-ups" rather than looking at things postively as a learning lesson.
To many decision maker up to plant manager level and supt should have more input on who gets promoted

Employees have signed cards for Unionization and company has put in roadblocks to stop it from happening as it should .
