I've had nothing but good things to say. Anything that has been negative has not been because of Archer but things out of our control. The people are amazing and kind. I love it here and am excited to continue to grow.

Employees are treated like human beings. We are cared for and can care about our work in return.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I'm respected and treated well as an equal. I don't feel like I'm constantly being criticized or blamed for things out of my control.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that the highest grad plans were what I would have had to pay an arm and a leg for before. If that amount of coverage was even offered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has been nothing but welcoming and friendly. Everyone wants everyone to succeed and go out of their way to help someone. An actual team. Supporting and cheering each other on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They set attainable goals. Treat their employees with respect and genuinely care about what is going on with your life. Making sure that they can provide support to keep you at your best at work. Promote talented and hardworking individuals that believe in this as well.
