Very good. I'm glad to be here. Re recommending working here; it would be a bit small for someone who was super-ambitious about climbing a ladder. It's in an industry that has some players that are big and some that are bad, which is a hazard, but management seems competent and ethical.
What makes you most happy at work?
Camaraderie, learning, getting paid, being trusted.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A genuine willingness to solicit input (hello, survey!) and listen. Honesty.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Camaraderie within the team, that does not manifest as insularity with respect to the rest of the company.
