Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not idea what the raise policy or stock options are for the company.

The flexibility of working from home, and the ability of altering hours if something comes up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager & his manager are willing to train & provide additional development opportunites for us. They are both easy to approach and seem invested in my success.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lots of manplaining occurs in this company. Being told you are not looking at something correctly and you having to prove you have before being believed / listened to.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Holding all people accountable. If you are a producer in mid managed, you seem to be held it a different standard and not required to treat people equally, with respect, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because other people were paid less, if you are at a certain level, you will not receive an increase because the company has to pay to right size the underpaid. With inflation this year and no increase, what I am making is less than the last year.
