I love working for a company that cares about their employees and looking for ways to make our communities better, as well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our brand reveal/company meeting/party was a big hit. I feel it aligned and excited everyone with where we are and where we are going.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Brian Hartnack cares about our company, our culture and our employees. He is a great leader who is approachable and seeks input from employees to make Archer continue to grow.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Some employees have been hired as Seniors when they have the same if not less experience than other employees that were not hired as a Senior which equals employees not having equal pay.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I was very happy that our company was quick to keep everyone's safety top of mind at the start of the pandemic. I am also proud to work for a company that made Juneteenth a priority.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When a company is doing well, employees should at the very least be given a cost of living increase. Having no raise so that "others can have raises" makes people feel under valued and that they are ultimately getting a decrease when cost of living increases from year to year.
