Working for Archer has been a great experience. The hiring/onboarding process was very transparent and I have felt supported every step of the way.

The teams at Archer are very collaborative. Everyone is extremely open to answering questions and providing timely feedback.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employee experience seems to vary based on department or manager. Two employees can talk about work and it will sound like they’re talking

I believe the company puts in effort to create a positive experience and environment for employees, although I have noticed the efforts can be very surface
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Archer makes a concerted effort to put together a competitive benefits package. Retirement and health insurance options are the best I have experienced in the workforce.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have appreciated the opportunity to learn from all of the expertise at Archer. There are a wide variety of people that specialize in highly valuable skillsets.
