Motivated, all have the same passion and drive to accomplish the goal. Everyone cares about each other personally and professionally.

Our team is always coming up with new ways to have fun and improve culture. There has been a variety of activities, even during the pandemic, to try to get people together

Passion about the industry and the work. There has been more focus on collaboration and how we can help each other. Teammates seem to actually care about my opinion and feelings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Continual flexibility. I receive positive feedback from my manager and direct teammates, but across the company, no one seems to care or know much about my department. There's a lot of attention and praise to the newer areas of business.
