Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have never worked for such good people, which was a complete change from my last employer. This made all the difference in the world to me - providing an alignment to my work and feeling good about who I was serving. Working remotely 100% of the time has been a little hard.

That they are clearly just good people. All of them.

I think they are all very fair offerings for the work I am doing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I would not be able to stay in a job in which I do not regard my coworkers as my friends. The culture invites friendship with its casual nature, as made apparent in the newsletter, company Slack channels, and company updates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their attitude. I haven't met anyone who isn't a pleasure to work with. It's easy to tell they enjoy one another much more than other companies I have worked for. Most people I have worked with at Archer are smart, socially considerate people.
