I would not be able to stay in a job in which I do not regard my coworkers as my friends. The culture invites friendship with its casual nature, as made apparent in the newsletter, company Slack channels, and company updates.
Their attitude. I haven't met anyone who isn't a pleasure to work with. It's easy to tell they enjoy one another much more than other companies I have worked for. Most people I have worked with at Archer are smart, socially considerate people.
