The people that I work with and the culture of supporting one another is what makes me happy to come to work everyday.

Many places that I have worked in the past really only care about the bottom line and at Archer there is true value and respect of each individual employee. I really appreciate that.

My team is so supportive and collaborative. Whenever anyone is feeling overloaded there is always an overflow of support and kindness from the team. It really feels like we all have each others back.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the amount of PTO as well as the flexible work hours and work from home set up. Work life balance is one of the things that I value most and these pieces allow me to prioritize that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team really puts in the effort to build relationships and bonds between one another. I feel like I really am a part of a community and I feel really supported and cared for by everyone I work with.
