Very good. I'm glad to be here. Re recommending working here; it would be a bit small for someone who was super-ambitious about climbing a ladder. It's in an industry that has some players that are big and some that are bad, which is a hazard, but management seems competent and ethical.

I was given a chance to break into an industry I previously never though possible and am incredibly thankful for that opportunity. My life has changed exponentially since being hired and I show my appreciation by providing the best quality work I can.

I am very proud to work for Archer. Not only are they a growing company with great potential but they truly care about their employees and go out of their way to show it.

They are driven and down to Earth people that take the lead while still maintaining a feeling of true camaraderie and teamwork. No one is treated as "less than" and everyones work is really appreciated and celebrated.

The are always willing to answer a question or help out. I feel like I can go to them for anything without criticism

Besides the pay, I really enjoy the flexible schedule to allow a good work/life balance

I enjoy working with my team and being part of the other groups inside the company. Starting a project and completing it for a client brings me joy as well
