Ardent Health Services Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary, Bonus, PTO & Additional Perks such as the Ardent Gem program and affordability of benefits.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 7 days ago

The employer contributions to medical, dental and 401k.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 7 days ago

I am part time (semi-retired) so currently do not have benefits, but feel I am compensated fairly with my salary.

Review from IT Dept

Review from Finance Dept

The amount that I am paid

Review from IT Dept

a combination of a competitive base salary

Review from Admin Dept

I like the many options we have for benefits. I do wish Ardent would get rid of the Employee Wellness and in lieu would cover GLP1s for weight loss.

Review from Admin Dept

The best part of my compensation package is the comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, which provides peace of mind and helps reduce out-of-pocket expenses. I also greatly value the tuition reimbursement, training stipends, and clear career development pathways.

Review from Admin Dept

PTO, 401K but benefits could be better less pricey on employee end.

Review from HR Dept

Being able to receive accurate care

Review from Customer Support Dept

Our EAP is very, very valuable.

Review from Marketing Dept

I enjoy the salary and I do wish we would get more pto.

Review from IT Dept

I choose not to get benefits through the company. Therefore, my monetary compensation is the best part for me.

Review from IT Dept

The offering of 401k and overall benefits.

Review from HR Dept

Its competitive and aligned with the market

Review from IT Dept

The way we earn PTO

Review from Customer Success Dept

The opportunity to bonus as a team.

Review from Business Development Dept

Rate of pay and PTO.

Review from Finance Dept

I believe Ardent offers very competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Review from Communications Dept

Great benefits! The benefits team listens to feedback and is always open for suggestions and any concerns the team might have.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm about 20% underpaid for my current role.

Review from HR Dept

Ardent salaries are not in line with the market. I would have expected that a health care company would have offered exceptional health benefits. Benefits are good but could be much better.

Review from IT Dept

People that have been working for our hospital for the past 20 years are being let go or their position has been disolved to save money. We are treated like a number or treated like we are expendable and treated like a valued team member.

Review from IT Dept

The compensation is quite low when compared to market value and the current economy, and the PTO benefits are also quite low compared to the industry norms. There should be higher PTO as well.

Review from Finance Dept

Being paid equally. People with more pay compensation produces less work than I do with the lowest pay in the department.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I wish my salary was a little higher and I was promoted.

Review from HR Dept

Because new employees with less experience get paid more.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel that I should get more due to the economy and cost of living

Review from Admin Dept

Increase in salary and role.

Review from HR Dept

I make way less in my position than others I know doing the same work. But I stay because I love the culture at the company and my team members.

Review from Marketing Dept

While recognition is appreciated, fair financial compensation for my contributions is a higher priority. I value compensation that aligns with my role and current market standards.

Review from Marketing Dept

The cost of living is so high, it would make it a lot easier to stay ahead at work if worrying about finances was not as big of an issue. I know this is a nation wide issue but I cannot say I have not personally felt it.

Review from HR Dept

Higher compensation is needed for my current role.

Review from HR Dept

I am the lowest paid employee in the group doing the same work of others if not more.

Review from Admin Dept

Better insurance coverage and more competitive wages.

Review from Admin Dept

I feel that I'm underpaid in my role and I'd feel better if I received a raise.

Review from Marketing Dept

A clear plan for my future and how they see me growing here.

Review from Marketing Dept

A more affordable benefit package.

Review from HR Dept

Most of us in our clinic are doing jobs that normally would be handled by multiple people and our pay should reflect this.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I've gotten perfect performance reviews for 5 years straight, there has been not a one raise in my small team (yes, in my dept). Each time our manager is promoted, his former role is removed and our team has never had any opportunity for promotions even after we express interest.
