People that have been working for our hospital for the past 20 years are being let go or their position has been disolved to save money. We are treated like a number or treated like we are expendable and treated like a valued team member.

The compensation is quite low when compared to market value and the current economy, and the PTO benefits are also quite low compared to the industry norms. There should be higher PTO as well.
