
I can't think of anything that truly stands out as being singularly positive. I do believe people are paid very fairly for the work they do and generously for the extra work they do.

Fair policies for ALL employees. Favoritism is overwhelming in this unit of the hospital. The staff is running the unit and when they don't like something they choose to get rid of the leader instead of attempting to make any changes that will help the unit.
