What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The ability to work remote is a big plus for me. Most of the people I work with (direct reports, co-workers, stakeholders, users) are engaging, helpful, and a terrific team-players.

our leaders are our example and even though remote we have a great culture where we meet virtually not for meetings but in fun activities to keep up sane and working together as a team.

Fair policies for ALL employees. Favoritism is overwhelming in this unit of the hospital. The staff is running the unit and when they don't like something they choose to get rid of the leader instead of attempting to make any changes that will help the unit.
