They seem to truly care about their employees and not just the bottom line. I have worked in many companies where profit was the only goal and employee satisfaction fell to the wayside.

The dollar is the executive leadership priority since went public, Culture, Direction and Attituded has changed; No Trust in leadership. Provide resources, realistic expectations, Push Vendors to meet SLA or cut them. Losing experienced quality staff due to Leadership not listening

As a "people first" company I have yet to see the people be put first in my department. They would do well to address the systemic toxicity and instead of bottom line numbers listen to what the employees are actually saying.

Need better support and tools for managing remote employees. Need a clear remote policy that includes minimum technology standards that a remote employee must have to work at Ardent. Need to make it easier/faster to acquire access and tools to do our jobs.

The IT team are the first boots on the ground when there is an aquisition or go live of a new department or building. Not one administrator or executive team member has ever complimented or acknowledged the hard work that is always put in by the IT team.

One of the 1st community meetings that covered covid the leadership openly discussed punishment for employees who contracted covid. I lost all respect for leadership. They showed they do not care about the employees.

Recognition, including the people who do the work in the decisions that affect them, communicating changes and decisions, remote employee support (I pay for my own internet and cell phone and not being at an office saves Ardent a ton of money), better IT equipment that is reliable.

Everything feels like a mandate from a dictator. We are educated to report in the workplace bullying, but are bullied by the exec team to believe what they believe and do only as they tell us to. Empathy, effective communication, and treating us as adults would be a great start to what they could do

Clear decision making. The rollout of the different department reorganizations seems choppy with little alignment from team to team. There was communication that a reorg is coming but then silence and small department changes that don't seem to align with overall plans.
