Getting the actual commission earned and promised
A lot of workload and salary not compensated accordingly

Pay a better base, stop the outrageous minimum sales before commission is paid.
Store operate like islands and new team has to figure they way around selfish employees who want people to live off minimum wage. Management was promoting 'family' instead of overall fairness.
I am probably not the best to answer this, but it seems that with the markup, the company could offer a living wage without requiring folk to live off their commission only.
The Commission structure is progressive which makes earning a living wage much harder than at some of it's competitors.
The company halted the 401k matching. This totally destroys an employee's confidence in the Arhaus brand
