Arhaus Furniture Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team itself has been supportive of each other to make it through each miserable day.

My team was fantastic with loads of support to one another. Smart and intelligent, very hard working individuals.

Family, Team sellers, Friendly competition, well balanced

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Follow existing rules. Communicate better

Listen and follow the rules set in place.

Be a team player on and off the showroom floor

They need to hire ethical people.

Better management. More people holding people accountable.

Attitude is everything. It's a shame to see grown adults acting like petty juveniles.

The sales floor is fiercely competitive and management takes a "hands-off" approach. This causes constant bickering and in-fighting between sales associates.

We’re more like a family
