I like that our executives all have an open door policy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That every single person is needed and has a role to play. I also value that we have the opportunity and autonomy to get into different projects at Arista that interest us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that Arista's salaries are low compared to peers. We do have fantastic bonuses, however they are not guaranteed. Most of us are still struggling to pay our bills given the lower salaries and would value more pay to counteract the high cost of living
