What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Arista puts employee's first, and always seeks to receive input from employee's while providing guidance where needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I cannot complain about not receiving a pension, as majority of companies no longer issue one. The stock options at Arista are great, as well as the unlimited PTO policy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is extremely smart, but most importantly they are all good people in general. I'm grateful for the chance to work with them and continue to learn from them as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to work remote is great for my lifestyle, and meeting with teammates for lunch or events in person allows me to build a bond with them as well. Arista has a great culture because everyone I have interacted with here is, put simply, a good hardworking person.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work and learn new things each day. So many jobs simply train you up to a point where you are effective, then level you off and force you to stay put. Arista encourages you to take on more opportunities within the company and continue to learn and grow by expanding your knowledge base.
