again, the flexibility and willingness to meet the needs of employee. If I were to describe Arista's culture in one word, it would be Accommodating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand needs of employees and make sure their needs are met. In rare instance where it's not possible, the employees are offer greater alternatives. I have never work with an organization with such an open door/open heart policy towards their employees, very impressive and unique !
