My entire package is excellent. The quarterly bonus is what value most because it is based on the hard work we contribute quarter in and quarter out.

Everyone cares about one another. We help each other any way we can. No one loses alone, we all win together. Excellence is recognized highly within our organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If an employee is 100% vested to the company and he's really motivated to the success of the company and exceeded his performance expectation, the quarterly bonus should not even be questioned or justified.
