Most of my team is very nice snd helpful.

I really like my manager.

My msnager is veru transparent and clearly cares about my development.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouod like a better HSA plan, higher base salary, and I do not like the bring your own device policy. I think company mobile phobes should be provided, especially with remote work.
