I have changed careers to come work at Arista. I am blown away daily at the sheer volume of helpful talent that surrounds me. I have a strong sense of imposter syndrome but am incredibly happy to be part of this organization and make it a point to work hard every day to learn.

They seem to have passion and excitement about their work which inspires others to have the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all very willing to help with projects and explain technologies that they may understand more clearly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that I feel empowered to question my management when I feel that something wrong is taking place.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I have flexible hours and I work remotely. I can reach out to any member of my region for assistance and I usually have help right away or occasionally it can be scheduled in the near future.
