Originally a hardware designer and system architect, I now function as a test engineer. The transition was a bit bumpy at first but my mentor and manager (and all or my co-workers, if I'm honest) helped get me past my initial uncertainty and now I feel like a contributing member of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling of accomplishment when I can complete a demanding task or help a peer to do the same.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is fair and the stock options, both ESPP and RSO are a welcome adder to my base salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The opportunity and willingness to allow me to be exposed to a variety crossover tasks that push my envelope technically.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management team are incredibly technical. This makes my job as an engineer much easier since I don't have to educate then at every status update.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each and every person I work with are willing to help at a moment's notice if I'm struggling with something. Their technical knowledge is without compare in the technical/netwokring industry.
