I am fairly new with the company and have no complaints at all. I think I knew what I was getting myself into and my experience has not made me second guess my decision to join Arista
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Arista. I have the framework of what is expected of me in my role, but it also changes for the good to make a more well rounded role. I enjoy my team and love my manager who I feel extremely supported by.

I do not feel that I am the lowest on the totem pole

We are all working the same issues and collaborate when we cross them together at the same time.

FTA doesn't get ridiculed and everyone understands. You work and earn the days off and the team covers and understands the boundaries.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate manager is awesome and is fully supportive in all aspects. I think leadership is straightforward with no fluff and I appreciate it.

Leadership team is pretty clear and transparent. We know the direction we are going. Even during the tougher times Arista doesn't do layoffs which always keeps me productive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact I can provide for my family and also work at my convenient times. I have a gap in the middle of my day to pick up my kids and attend all of their functions. I am able to login in the morning and take the afternoon off and catch up at night. I love this flexibility.
