I am happy to be part of a company that is speedily growing. There is a lot to improve, mainly SYSTEMS and BUDGET availability but I am confident that the Executive Leadership Team is working for that.

I am happy to work at Arista and even though I have just received an offer from another company to earn more, I am still considering staying at Arista given the promise of growth of the company and the positive and respectful environment

Teamwork is very strong in my team. We have each other's backs and we communicate constantly. Our leader fosters constant interaction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Arista is supple and is growing fast. Because we have a "flat" hierarchical structure, decision making is faster than in a larger organization. Arista fosters a culture of inclusion and wellness.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy what I do and I cherish the fact that I am an SME (subject matter expert) in my area and that I am sought after by my internal customers for advice and support.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) at Arista is clear in their communication of expectations and plans. I also really like the fact that we have such a diverse ELT gender wise. I love to see women in the ELT!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is comparable to the market, but the lack of a structure of job titles and grades makes it hard to assess is pay is being fully fair. I do enjoy the STOCK options and these were the main reason i joined the company (above the pay itself).
