They are very knowledgable and forward thinking on industry trends to make the company successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Arista provides a philosophy of sales and customer support that aligns with my personal beliefs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the compensation model could use an adjustment to better reward and value people in the field. We are generally underpaid as compared to our competition in similar experience and skill levels. This is somewhat offset by the fact that our technology is better and we like supporting it.
