The pay could be better for middle and senior guys.. They should not wait to give you raise because you plan to leave. Over all the people i work with and projects i am invovled in... make it worth while.. But i resent the fact that, while the company doing so well, it does not trickle down

I like my peers and the challenges.. it is an amazing company to work for..

Every day presents different challenge.. the pace is fast... but it goes well with my personality..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I see how much the guys i trained and left the company are making... but i still decided to stay for reasons i mentioned earlier.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company seriously lags in compensation.. but the culture and my peers make it worth while staying.. and the creativity of the team.. I like what i do but resent what i make..
