What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is a team player, and genuinely support each other to get things done on joint projects.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning about the tech and the new features. It's all really interesting, we're obviously doing things the competition just can't do and that's exciting!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the company vision and every time I see the exec team present on what we're doing, it's energizing. I like the detail of the All Hands meetings, and I feel we're in very good hands with the technology direction we are going in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team, and cross functional teams are always team players and always seem to want to do the right thing. We work hard, and I see everyone always supports each other. It's not often you get good cross functional team members, but we have it at Arista!
