The entire team is on board with the engineering focus of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're very comfortable with each other, so it's easy to interact. When something goes wrong, there is no blame, just wanting to fix and prevent future problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture focuses on letting engineering drive development - if software is ready, it ships; if it's not ready, it'll ship later. Engineers are empowered and encouraged to solve problems on their own.
