It has been very pleasant. The work environment continues to be challenging and management tries to align project difficulty with employee's areas of interest each quarter. I love that office politics are not very prominent, avoiding uncomfortable employee competitions.

People go out of their way to help each other during the day. A real sense of camaraderie.

My teammates are a fun group of people to work alongside and make each day very fun, even during difficult times.
