I never learned to work hard in college. I really struggled at first and they were willing to accommodate that. I appreciate that and I'm doing better now, but I still can't always do everything asked of me and it's becoming more difficult to make people understand that. Still happy overall though.

Flexibility regarding work-life balance, although this isn't quite as good as it was when I joined.

Assuming I'm not allowed to say "socializing with coworkers after hours," probably making meaningful contributions to company success.
