Most of the teams are excellent at work and all of them are very friendly and respectable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly and helping hands culture among groups. Flexibility how to work as long as finishing the giving tasks. 20 days FTA.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In general, the initial hiring salary would be stayed while employed and no inflation adjustment, nor automatic salary increase by the performance. Only acknowledgement is yearly bonus and stock grants. There is not much distinguishment between the low performers and the high contributors.
