My team is very focussed on their target and they encourage other team members to perform well.

The Leadership team at Arista has the best interest of employees and provides growth opportunities to their current employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation is well balanced with RSU's, bonus, and base compensation. I like that I can grow financially with the growth of the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was well-defined and fast-paced. The interviewers had very logical questions. They were interested know more about me and how I can contribute to Arista.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and the direction in which the company is headed. Also, we have excellent snacks (love the coffee!!). I also like to interact with the Arista employees who come from diverse culture and background.
