Everyone is very friendly and smart. I do love working with my peers.

Feeling a sense of accomplishment. Be it with learning a new Arista technology or making progress with a customer and meeting their needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very smart and all are good natured. Every SE I have met at Arista so far has been a very social and enjoyable person to interact with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock based compensation. Though I am concerned about our valuation since our stock price is clearly tied to being an AI trade based off of the high affinity we have with NVIDA. A clear case is when the DeepSeek news came out and our stock price went down by 22% on that news.
