Most of them are friendly and approachable. The ones I interect daily are patient. It makes me easier to receive trainings and ask questions when learning new tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The caps of the income level per the specific role is prioritized. It does not give ones motivation to perform better in the role we are in, so each of us can serve the company better than past years.
