Arista is an amazing company. Growth pains are very real. Not sure if their is room for all to have success. It is very dependent on having the right accounts. Hunting is very difficult. Specifically in the Enterprise space.

True camaraderie. All respect each other and are willing to help in any given situation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The commission structure should be increased very low in comparison to other organizations. Escalated pay for over 100% performance.
