Very positive. A nice change of pace from the ultra-corporate role I was previously in. Sometimes it would be nice to have a bit more structure in terms of internal processes, but I think the start-up feel is mostly positive in terms of being the owner of your own business. Excited for the future

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my current position, I feel like the compensation should be increased based on the increased workload across the 4 different regional teams I support. However, I believe that compensation will be very fair in my next role as I progress, so I keep that in mind. Overall, I do not feel undervalue
