What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fostering and environment of doing the right thing for the customer and a focus on quality. Also the general overall culture at Arista.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel fortunate to be here, but comparatively speaking, base pay is somewhat low and there isn't much in the way of help for new salespeople while they build their business. I had to dip significantly into savings this first year which is not ideal.
