Very positive and i am very challenged at work whoch is good because i perform the best when im challenged. Coworkers/team are great and supportive and I cannot wait to see what i can do for Arista in 2025. I am getting used to the pace and liking the direction its going where I am getting involved!

Getting more involved with the team and feel like im contributing.

They have adopted me very well! I get along with all of them and they go out if their way to make me feel imcluded
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although i am new and it is taking a bit to get further involved, I think the pace is picking up and i appreciate that this was the parhway and thought process (overall culture) of the company so that when i am more involved I will represent them to the best if my ability!
