Acknowledge the challenges. Clearly define the market opportunity. Willing to jump in and engage prospects and customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They believe in hiring good people and giving them the tools to be successful. There is very little micromanaging or unnecessary internal meetings. They want you spromoting Arista. I also believe in the values this company strives to exemplify.
