My overall experience has been positive and meaningful, with opportunities to solve problems, support others, and learn. There are areas for improvement, especially around workload balance, clearer growth paths, and accountability, but I do feel we are making progress.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has a strong culture of ownership, problem-solving, and long-term focus. Many employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to support each other when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my compensation does not fully reflect the scope, volume, and complexity of the work I handle. Pay aligned more closely with my responsibilities, ownership, and cross-functional support would help.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some areas of the team could improve follow-through, communication, and ownership. Some team members overextend themselves to keep work moving, which creates strain. More manager involvement, clearer accountability, and better workload balance would help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems and helping people. I enjoy being able to untangle issues, provide clarity, and make someone else’s job or process easier. It feels rewarding when I can help move something forward or prevent a
