the senior management can be slow to make strategic decisions which puts undue pressure on the planning of events but they are all very nice and I feel like I have support with my direct management and my workload is mostly manageable.

Support for our concerns about workload, staffing, deadlines, and people are open and nice and there is a lot of empathy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the company culture is relatively healthy, it is not toxic, people work collaboratively, there isn't a culture of pointing fingers, they value a work life balance, I like the all hands meetings to understand what management's goals are and where we are as a company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The maternity leave is only two weeks, living costs in NYC have dramatically risen and we don't get a salary increase to match inflation. Also given we work from home, I believe we should receive benefits to reflect that, such as reimbursing our internet, cell phones, etc.
