Overall, looking at all the time it is generally positive. However the last two years have been very challenging from the top-down but I also see things may be headed back in a more positive direction based on recent progress.

The teams and my coworkers are the best part.

Teams I work with are very willing to jump in and help. Everyone is kind and are doing their best.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better long term planning vs jumping from one urgent project to another. This seems to have improved with 2022 planning, hopefully it will continue.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive team focus, which seems to be improving. However some past decisions and ways of operating by people who may have left still have repercussions for working teams and there isn't recognition of things that went wrong there and how they still affect work.
