Being able to speak with sources in a human to human capacity (while also respectful as a journalist) and get to both hear and tell their stories.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If I wanted to suggest an idea, they take the time to listen and work through it with me to determine whether or not it's viable, instead of simply saying "no" at the start.
