The interview process was a big lie. They did not present a realistic picture of the company and were incompetent from scheduling, creating the offer (wrong several times) and onboarding was awful. All this to find my manager was the meanest person in the company with very high turnover

Overhaul HR leadership that sets the culture of the company. Bullies are grown there

Listening, trusting their director team, collaborating and eliminating the bullies at VP level, especially those in HR
