A fair Merit review which is taking into account all factors like Inflation, results future outlook.

Evaluate individuals on their contributions and not lean so heavy on tenure. Doing the work should equate to proper compensation.

They load individual contributors with way more work than they can handle, then do not promote, or compensate in any way, when you take on additional work or responsibilities.

There are no stock options for directors

Team Reviews

Management needs to give consistent messages accross departments. The goals are not aligned "pitting" coworkers against each other.

Following the rules. Not showing favoritism. Having no swearing during work hours on the floor.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Replace the cancer. Start to measure not sales (semi industry is on allocation, is clear that numbers are inflated and employees are not good evaluated just by a number). Ask customers and they will feel worse than ever.

Value on staff capability not rather then loyalty and obedience

Remove toxic leaders. They create anxiety
