Be more veteran friendly, allocate salaries towards competent talent.
Treating human beings like actualy living creatures instead of robots. Also paying people a liveable wage

Leaders are always bias towards "British" employees who seem to be untouchable when it comes to layoffs and and force reduction. They always have special treatment when it comes with promotions & upper management positions even when lacking to "basic" qualifications such as professional licensing.

Attract experience people, be with the leads and those with more knowledge, instead of playing the nice, cool and chill with the junior staff

Behavioral interviews and tough questions should be included in the interview process to thoroughly assess someone's technical and interpersonal skills.
