Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making less than most of my team that i manage
Compared to other industries in the area, the company pays well. Relative to what they make in profit, the employees make a pretty low percentage out of that. Our compensation should reflect the higher profits the company is making.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hardworking, dedicated, always looking to step up
Supportive, willing to help, genuin
Immediate team, is comraderie and experience.

Everyone bands together to make quick customer focused decisions
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect for the employee as a human and realizing human error exists, and not giving an employee who rarely makes mistakes a severe punishment such as taking away their yearly bonus or terminating them.
